About
Sycamore Homes

Quality homes people can afford, close to the support they need.

Sycamore Homes opened in April 2025. Every one of its 23 apartments is affordable, for households earning up to half of the area median income. Each home has its own washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and granite countertops. A community room hosts classes and gatherings, and LCF staff are close by for residents who need a hand.

“Not gentrification, not displacement, but intentional development that lifts all of us up, especially those who have long been left behind.”
Wanda Williams
Mayor of Harrisburg, at the opening of Sycamore Homes, April 2025
