Work that helps families find a home, stay healthy, and get ahead.
We are a small team with a lot under way. One apartment building is home to residents, a second opens in 2027, and our programs for children and young people are growing. If you want your work to matter to the people you meet every day, we would like to hear from you.
What working at LCF is like.
LCF named its first Executive Director in 2026, and the team is still being built. People who join now will help decide how the organization works for years to come.
You work close to the people you serve
Our staff works directly with residents and families, in our buildings, in the field, and out in the community. You see the difference your work makes.
Housing, health, and opportunity in one team
Our housing manager works alongside our case managers, and a family that comes to us through one program can get help from another. Working across all three areas is part of every role.
How we treat people
Our work is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. We treat the people we serve with dignity, keep what they share confidential, and respect their choices.
Spanish is welcome here
Speaking Spanish is a plus in every position we post, because many of the families we serve are more comfortable in Spanish.

My vision is to build a high-impact, community-centered organization that serves as a model for integrated development.
