A free after-school program where high school students learn technology, plan for college and careers, and grow as leaders.
CCC stands for Creativity, Culture, Code. Students in 9th to 12th grade meet every week to work with AI and code, get ready for college and work, and build leadership skills, while staying connected to their culture and community.

Students can only aim for a future they can picture.
Many students have never met someone who works in technology, sat in on a college class, or been shown how to apply for financial aid. CCC puts those experiences within reach. Each week, students learn to use AI and write code, work on their plans for college and a career, and practice leading a team. The program treats a student’s culture and background as a strength to build on. CCC launched in 2026 with its first cohort, and it costs families nothing.

One afternoon a week, all year, across five areas.
CCC meets weekly after school and runs year-round. Sessions move through five areas, so a student might spend one week on a coding project and another on a college application or a mock interview. Along the way, students meet mentors and guest speakers and visit workplaces and college campuses.
- Weekly sessions after school
- Year-round programming
- Professional mentors and guest speakers
- Industry tours and campus visits
- Workforce and technology certifications
- A CCC certificate when you complete the program
What students do and learn in CCC.
The program covers five areas. Together they give a student the skills, the plan, and the confidence for what comes after high school.
AI and technology
Students get hands-on tutoring in AI, learn coding and digital skills, and learn to use AI responsibly. They can also work toward technology certifications.
College readiness
Students explore colleges and visit campuses, and get help with applications, scholarships, and the FAFSA financial aid form.
Career development
Students take career assessments, write a resume, and practice interviewing. They also meet employers and can take part in internships and job shadowing.
Leadership development
Students practice public speaking and work on team projects. They learn about managing money, serve their community, and take part in civic life.
Cultural enrichment
Students explore their cultural identity, hear different perspectives, and express themselves through creative work in their community.
